This is our main location and most comprehensive center. The full team — Dr. Grewal, Dr. Nabil Farakh DO, Dr. Patwary, John Chen PA-C, our billing team, workers’ comp specialists, and surgical coordinators — is on-site five days a week.

What We Can Do in a Single Visit
- Comprehensive spine and orthopedic examination by Dr. Grewal or a member of our clinical team
- On-site X-ray — plain film radiographs read immediately while you wait
- MRI ordered to local imaging centers — often completed within 1–3 business days
- Workers’ compensation C-4 form completed and submitted to the WCB before you leave
- No-fault evaluation with initial narrative documentation for your insurer or attorney
- Acute pain management prescriptions (NSAIDs, muscle relaxants, nerve medications)
- Braces fitted on-site for cervical, lumbar, knee, or other orthopedic support
- Physical therapy referral to Go Rehab Physical Therapy
- Surgical consultation and planning when your condition requires specialist evaluation
- Same-day injections for acute and chronic pain control when indicated
